The passenger on a British Airways flight from London to Florida found himself the only customer on board.

For eight hours, Kai Forsyth, a student, was therefore able to occupy the entire apparatus as he saw fit.

He described the experience as "strange" but "comfortable,"

And for good reason, no jostling or chair too small: Kai Forsyth was able to spread out over several seats to sleep.

He would also have benefited from unlimited food and snacks.

Only the upgrade to business class was refused.

The solo passenger also took the opportunity to document his experience on TikTok with videos.

Airline Empty Leg Flights

These almost empty flights are the consequence of the obligation (imposed by European regulations) for airlines to rotate their planes in order to keep their take-off and landing slots.

A somewhat grotesque situation that has irritated environmental defense organizations for several years.

In response to Kai Forsyth's videos, many Internet users have in turn recounted similar experiences, such as that of a flight from John Fitzgerald Kennedy airport in New York to Gatwick airport in London, with " only about ten people.

In 2019, a passenger found himself alone in a Boeing 737 on a Vinius-Bergamo flight: the travel agency had indeed decided to resell the tickets initially planned for a group of people in Italy.
