This was reported by the FAS Russia.

“FAS, Yandex LLC and the applicants have agreed to conclude a settlement agreement in a lawsuit and terminate the antimonopoly case,” the regulator said in a statement.

It is noted that Yandex recognized the validity of the warning from the FAS and complied with the prescribed provisions.

As a result of the interaction between the parties, the policy, conditions and technical requirements for integrating partners into the Yandex search engine were published.

At the same time, the requirements are open and uniform for all market participants, including for Yandex services.

It is noted that the FAS will monitor the implementation of the settlement agreement and analyze the correctness of the work of the Yandex search engine.

"Yandex will also contribute 1.5 billion rubles to the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies, the funds will be used to promote Russian software IT products on the Internet," the FAS said.

In April, it was reported that the FAS filed a case against Yandex for creating "discriminatory conditions" in the search engine.
