Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov expressed support for the process of delimitation of borders with Armenia

“Azerbaijan supports the launch of the border delimitation process with Armenia without any conditions,” Bayramov said.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Moscow was seriously concerned about the aggravation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and called on the parties to de-escalate.

In November, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in tripartite talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, politicians agreed to create mechanisms for demarcating and delimiting the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan by the end of 2021.
