In November, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in tripartite talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, politicians agreed to create mechanisms for demarcating and delimiting the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan by the end of 2021.
