French actor Gaspard Uliel, who played the young Hannibal in the movie 'Hannibal Rising', died on the 19th local time after an accident at a ski resort.
Uliel was taken to Grenoble University Hospital with serious injuries when he collided with another skier while skiing in La Rogière, Savoie the afternoon of the previous day, but eventually died, AFP news agency and daily Le Monde reported.
Uliel won the Best Actor Award for his performance in Canadian director Xavier Dolan's 'Just the End of the World' at the Cesar Film Festival, which is called the French version of the Oscars in 2017.
