) want to prosecute representatives of the school administration, who told the police that their son is a potential criminal.

On the optional subject "Your professional career", the teenager wrote an essay that he "wants to be a killer" in order to "kill bad people: drug dealers and collectors."

The school administration contacted the police, while, according to the parents, they were not notified of the appeal to law enforcement agencies.

As a result, when employees of the commission on juvenile affairs came to the student's home, a scandal erupted.

According to the father of the teenager Sergey Saveliev (name and surname changed. -

), this unexpected visit frightened the whole family, and drove his son into real stress - the child did not leave the room for several days and complained of headaches.

The head of the family wrote complaints to Rosobrnadzor about the actions of the school administration, and the audit showed that he was right.

As RT was told in Rosobrnadzor, the school management acted unlawfully.

“The director of MBOU secondary school No. ... was disciplined due to improper performance of official duties, expressed in violation of the procedure for informing the founder and interacting with the legal representatives of the student in a conflict situation,” explained RT in the department.

The Savelyevs believe that this is too lenient punishment and are preparing new complaints.

Bad joke

The family in which the "killer" is growing moved to Chekhov due to the pandemic.

They used to live in Moscow.

“We specifically chose this school, everyone recommended it as the best in the city.

But in the end we found ourselves in a very difficult situation, ”recalls Sergey in an interview with RT.

According to him, his son wrote the ill-fated essay on December 1.

And, as Sergei says, few of the students took the task seriously.

“Everyone was laughing, trying to make fun of each other.

Girls, for example, wrote that they would go to work as fairies.

Well, mine took the image of the modern Robin Hood from the cinema.

He himself didn’t even really know what he was writing about, even what the collectors were doing, ”the man explains.

The teacher herself read the essay in front of the whole class, inviting everyone to laugh.

We were not even informed about this, that there are some concerns.”

According to Rosobrnadzor, which the department shared with RT, the class teacher called her parents only on December 14.

She invited them to the school for a talk, but the Savelyevs refused to come.

As a result, the teacher was forced to transfer information about the essay to law enforcement agencies.

However, Sergei claims that the visit to the school was planned on December 17, which was immediately agreed with the class teacher.

“We calmly agreed that we would come.

At the same time, at first the teacher told us that she herself did not know the reason for the visit to the director, they say, we will figure it out together on the spot.

Then we were told that some psychological tests needed to be discussed,” he says.

The child has experienced stress

According to Rosobrnadzor, on December 16, the school handed over “information about the current situation” to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chekhov urban district.

On the same day, a meeting of the prevention council was promptly held at the school.

“The meeting was attended by an inspector for juvenile affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city district of Chekhov.

A decision was made to conduct individual preventive work with a minor student and general preventive measures in the classroom.

As a result of the monitoring conducted by the school psychologist, there were no signs of destructive behavior in a minor student, ”Rosobrnadzor explained to RT.

Parents claim that all this time they were in the dark about what was happening.

“On the 16th at 13:00 we call the school to confirm the visit on the 17th.

Four hours later, a call from the police, ”says Sergey Savelyev.

According to him, only the police told him about the ill-fated essay and warned that they would come to them with a check.

The commission checked the living conditions of the imaginary "killer" on December 20 and did not see anything suspicious, Savelyev says.

The family was recognized as prosperous, but the child experienced stress because of this visit.

“There was a whole commission, the police, the precincts.

We've never seen anything like it before.

And after that, the son closed himself in, did not want to leave the room, complained of headaches.

He cannot understand why this happened, ”says Sergey.

As noted in Rosobrnadzor, the school offered psychological assistance, but the Savelyevs refused it.

“They offered the help of a school psychologist, not without whose participation all this began to spin.

Of course, I refused, ”Sergey Savelyev explained.

RT turned to the school for comment, but the school refused to speak to reporters.

Elina Zhgutova, the head of the Ivan Chai movement, believes that the teachers decided to play it safe and shift the responsibility to the police, fearing “whatever happened.”

“The child and the police should very rarely come into contact in life.

The school should not assume that the police are the head educator, on whom it is convenient to push any problem without trying to solve it, ”says the human rights activist.

She also noted that it is time to stop the vicious practice, when parents are initially deprived of the presumption of innocence, and they immediately try to take their children away from them.

In turn, Savelyev believes that both the school and officials are now trying with all their might to hide this incident in order to avoid serious responsibility.

“I was struck by how defenseless the family is.

So I started to fight.

I just don't want this to happen again," he says.
