hate messages

He had a tense exchange with Alexis Corbière (LFI) at the start of the year in the National Assembly, on the sidelines of the debates on the vaccine pass.

Then this Sunday on social networks, the messages of hatred and threats had accelerated.

According to our information, his parliamentary attachés opened an envelope addressed to the name of the deputy on Monday afternoon in the Bourges office.

Inside, a plastic bag containing a black flake powder as well as shotgun pellets.

According to the first elements of the investigation, it would be a powder used in hunting cartridges.

The urban security of the Bourges police station was responsible for the investigation.

A complaint lodged

Contacted by Europe 1, François Cormier-Bouligeon sees it as the leg of the "ultra-right anti-vaccination movement".

"This type of intimidation does not affect me. On the contrary, it reinforces my conviction to continue the work in the face of this health crisis", he explains, also indicating that he has filed a complaint.
