Kolasinac, alias "the tank", for his physical qualities and his moving game, will evolve with OM until June 30, 2023.

This is the second Olympian recruit of the winter transfer window after Congolese international striker Cédric Bakambu.

Born in Germany, Sead Kolasinac made his Bundesliga debut in 2012, at Schalke 04 where he stayed for six seasons (123 games) before joining London club Arsenal in 2017.

Under the colors of the "Gunners", he played 118 matches and won several trophies, the Community Shield in 2017 and 2020, then the FA Cup in 2020, before returning on loan to Schalke at the start of 2021.

Able both to play in the center or in the left lane of a three-man defence, Kolasinac, who has 43 caps for Bosnia and Herzegovina and has played more than 40 European club matches, will be able to replace on the left flank the departure of Jordan Amavi to Nice.
