“To extend the term of the federal state civil service until January 31, 2023, to the special representative of the President of Russia on environmental issues, ecology and transport Ivanov Sergey Borisovich,” the document says.

Earlier, Putin signed a decree according to which the powers of the head of the RDIF, Kirill Dmitriev, were extended for five years.
