“A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Art.
109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Causing death by negligence”),” the statement says.
Earlier it became known that one person died as a result of a fire that broke out in a restaurant in the north-west of Moscow.
As specified in the capital's prosecutor's office, a man who worked as a cook died, the restaurant's security guard was hospitalized.
