As specified in the department, in the course of the joint work of investigators from the Moscow head office of the Investigative Committee and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the identity of the defendant and his location were established on the territory of the Kaluga region.
"A 29-year-old man was detained on suspicion of committing a crime," the statement said.
It is noted that in the near future the detainee will be taken to the investigative department for conducting investigative actions with him.
The necessary forensic examinations have been appointed.

He expressed the hope that law enforcement agencies will evaluate the behavior of the man.
After that, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on the fact of the aggressive behavior of the man.
The department noted that in his actions there are signs of a crime, namely inciting hatred or enmity, committed with the threat of violence.
