“Russia is conducting a disinformation campaign aimed at destabilizing and justifying the invasion of the territory of neighboring Ukraine,” she wrote on Twitter.
According to her, "Russia must restrain its aggression, reduce tensions and enter into meaningful negotiations."
Earlier, the White House noted that Russia's "invasion" of Ukraine could begin between mid-January and mid-February, and Moscow could allegedly "fake a pretext for an attack."
The Russian embassy in Washington called this statement a hoax and informational pressure.
