The new restrictions for cultural and leisure activities entail a requirement of at least ten square meters per person.

Activities should also be avoided to avoid congestion.

But activities aimed solely at children and young people are exempt from the restrictions.

Here, however, associations should refrain from arranging or participating in camps, cups or other major indoor activities with participants who do not usually gather.

Training and competitions in regular series games can be carried out with infection control measures.

Here, activities decreased the most

Despite the fact that children's and youth sports are largely exempted from restrictions, participation in, above all, indoor activities continues to decline.

Indoor sports and martial arts were the ones that decreased the most in the number of activities during the spring of 2021, according to the Swedish Sports Confederation.
