Already, about ten events on the Vävenscenen in Umeå alone have been forced to change their plans and there will probably be more.
With the current restrictions, the weaving scene in Umeå can only take in 170 people to comply with the distance requirements.
In normal cases, the room holds 1200.
- The music industry is the one that is absolutely most affected now.
For the cultural actors, it is not possible to carry out the planned events, the finances do not go together with only 170 visitors, says Elin Hellrönn who is program manager at Umeå municipality.
During the spring, several large files are booked, but whether it will be possible to implement remains to be seen.
- We will find out what applies with approximately two weeks' notice.
We hope to at least be able to be back in some kind of normal situation in April / May, but we will simply see.
