Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung said, "The Ministry of Strategy and Finance today announced that it would form an additional supplementary budget for the support of small businesses, but we did it only a little."
Candidate Lee said this in the departure greeting held on YouTube before starting the Incheon area tour on the morning of the 14th.
The government has publicly criticized the 14 trillion won supplementary budget plan that it has announced that it will be organized by the Lunar New Year holiday.
Candidate Lee evaluated, "Candidate Seok-Yeol Yoon wants to give 50 trillion won, and Kim Jong-in (former president of general election) also wants to apply for 100 trillion won.
Candidate Lee then posted on his social media account, "I am grateful for the effort to come up with a budget, but I am very sorry."
He then said to the National Assembly, "We request a significant increase during the deliberation process."
Candidate Lee said, "I hope that the National Assembly debate will speed up," and "If we do not immediately save the people who are at the crossroads of survival, another opportunity may not come."
Candidate Lee said, "If the government does not agree with the request for an increase in the National Assembly, we will make up for it through a supplementary budget immediately after the election."and pressed.
