Sun Jinfeng said that the public security organs severely cracked down on illegal black public relations and other "Internet navy" crimes in accordance with the law, and organized a special campaign to crack down on the "Internet navy". More than 6.2 million accounts and more than 1,200 websites of "Internet Water Army" were shut down, 170,000 online groups were disbanded, and a large number of forged press credentials, official seals, business licenses and other crime tools were seized, effectively purifying the network environment.

In this regard, the public security organs have comprehensively launched the "Four Breaks" action, focusing on key targets such as card merchants, account merchants, and code-receiving platforms, and attacked with heavy blows. In 2021, a total of more than 13,000 such cases will be investigated and 3.1 criminal suspects will be arrested.
