The troops of the Eastern Military District are conducting a sudden check of combat readiness, the Russian Ministry of Defense said. Particular attention during the audit will be paid to assessing the capabilities of the transport infrastructure for the transport of troops.

In the designated areas, the subdivisions of the Air Defense Forces will have to work out a range of tasks for organizing comprehensive support and perform control and test exercises in combat training subjects with tactical exercises and live firing at remote firing ranges.
