Al-Salami stressed that although the ministry’s strategy and tasks include enabling national competencies to work in the private sector, and following up and evaluating the process of hiring citizens in this sector, it has been noticed that a number of institutions and companies have recently expanded, appointing non-nationals to the position of Executive Director. , despite the availability of national cadres.

He told «Emirates Today» that attention should be paid to the localization of the profession of CEO in vital companies, given the achievements of the national cadres who have held this position locally, regionally and globally, which are examples of which we are proud of in vital sectors, such as the criminal police, INTERPOL and the International Automobile Federation.

Al-Yamahi stressed that the Emiratisation file is one of the most important files that receive great attention and attention from all state institutions, especially after the increase in the number of national graduates, and the presence of distinguished national competencies in the labor market, stressing the need to oblige the private sector to localize administrative and supervisory jobs.

She indicated that the percentage that the ministry aspires to localize private sector jobs is never in line with what the state seeks to achieve in the Emiratisation file, noting that the localization of administrative and supervisory jobs in particular will serve as a supportive hand for the ministry to achieve its goals in this file, and it will be a knowledge investment, and stable experiences that serve economically the state.
