Today (13th), the People's Power took legal action against a broadcasting company that is preparing to broadcast a recording of a call with Kim Gun-hee, the spouse of presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol.

When it is known that a broadcaster is preparing to broadcast on a current affairs program after receiving a call recording from the YouTube channel 'Sound of Seoul', it is interpreted as a measure to prevent the content of the call from being actually broadcast.

Lee Yang-soo, senior spokesperson for the predecessor headquarters, said today, "On the YouTube channel 'Sound of Seoul', a broadcast ban was imposed this morning against a broadcaster who secretly recorded a 'private call' between Mr. A and CEO Kim Kun-hee. I am applying for an application,” he said.

At the same time, the People's Power has decided to request the National Election Commission to interpret whether such broadcasting violates the Election Act.

Earlier, the People's Power announced a legal response policy yesterday, saying, "It is judged as a political operation" when the Voice of Seoul announced the release of the recording file.
