He specified that this is stipulated by the provisions of the Minsk agreements.

Grushko also said that it is necessary to force the authorities in Kiev to full and unconditional implementation of the Minsk agreements.

The Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia called the meeting of the Russia-NATO Council held in Brussels on January 12 as a heart-to-heart conversation.

Grushko also said that there is currently no unifying positive agenda between Moscow and the North Atlantic Alliance.

According to him, NATO is allocating colossal resources for the task of containing Russia.
