Right now it is the exam period at Uppsala University, and during the coming week almost 70 entrance exams will take place.

At each exam, upwards of 200 people gather in each hall.

Already last week, it provoked protests, and now the crowds outside the exam rooms have made students like Matilda Kylberg, who also UNT spoke to, react.

- The challenge for us in connection with us performing examinations at, for example, Fyrishov is to get the students into each room in a distant and legally secure way, it is unfortunately a process that takes time, says Fredrik Blomqvist, head of security at Uppsala University.

"Patched and repaired"

Since Tuesday, the university has taken measures with more staff to create better order and order while the students instead have to wait outdoors.

Already last week, there were reports of a strong spread of infection - had not the congestion been preventable?

- We thought we did it, we have probably been a bit naive in that way, but then we patched and fixed according to location, says the security chief.
