Farhan Yaqoub describes himself as a lover of "Expo 2020 Dubai", after he decided to change the pattern of his daily life for a period of six months, which is the duration of the international exhibition that will continue until March 31, and although the visitor (Pakistani) is not bound by any commitment, but he is keen to go Daily to the international event, exceeding the number of his visits to 90 times, he benefited a lot from it: culturally, cognitively and recreationally, and even at the health level, as he lost 18 kilograms of weight, surprising his co-workers, friends and even family members, who all expressed their admiration for his "new graceful look".

The "loyal visitor" who works in the technical field at Al Nasr Club in Dubai revealed to "Emirates Today" that he had made a promise to himself that "Expo 2020" would be "the turning point in his life, and before the start of the exhibition last October, I got a ticket that authorizes me to I entered for one month, and I made a promise to myself that I would not miss one day, and I actually went to the exhibition for 31 days in the first month of it.”

He added: “I work at Al Nasr Club, and when my shift period ends, I go immediately to (Expo 2020 Dubai) via the buses designated for the exhibition, with the aim of discovering what the exceptional event that takes place once every five years, and for the first time it is held in the Middle East, so I am very determined not to miss this historic opportunity.”

Farhan continued: "My shift ends at four in the afternoon, after which I go directly to (Expo), and the period of my stay in it ranges between five and 10 hours during one visit, during which I roam between the exhibition pavilions, whose plan varies from day to day, while On holidays and weekends, I go from ten in the morning.”

He explained that he benefited a lot in the "Expo", and said: "I have benefited from the health and physical aspects, after I have traveled more than 500 kilometers so far, according to the numbers shown by my application in my phone, while I have lost 18 kilograms so far, which made me very happy, as My co-workers, friends and family in general liked my new look after I lost a lot of weight.”

Farhan continued, "I have visited (Expo) more than 90 times so far, and the days during which I was not able to go to the exhibition were for various reasons related to my work, while I am still committed to continuing the same pattern until the end of the exhibition on March 31 next."

He pointed out that he has stamps from 192 countries on three Expo passports, and added: "I found great pleasure in the exhibition by learning about new details about different peoples and diverse cultures within each pavilion, and I feel as if I am on a real tour between the countries of the world, as There are many pavilions that make you feel when you enter them that you are on a real tour inside that country already, which motivated me to continue visiting all the pavilions.”

And the Pakistani visitor added: "I visit an average of five pavilions per day, and sometimes more than 15 pavilions, because I focus on knowing the culture of each country, and I do not rush out of the pavilion until after I explore all its components, and my love for walking was an additional motivation to go through this beautiful experience." .

Farhan praised the Emirates Pavilion at the exhibition, which is a unique model, adding: “The Emirates Pavilion is the most admired pavilion, and that is not a compliment because I live in the country, but through its unique design and its diverse contents, which reflect Emirati culture, and the inspiring personalities who contributed In shaping the features of the success story of the Emirates, in addition to the pavilions of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany, Russia, Brazil, Norway and many other pavilions.”
