She noted that there are no plans for Biden's talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin yet.
Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that there were no clear deadlines for consultations with the United States on security guarantees, but Russia would not be satisfied with the endless delay of this process.
Peskov also commented on the possibility of a conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Joe Biden on security guarantees.
