As specified, communications have already been sent to telecom operators, offering not to charge incoming and outgoing calls, as well as SMS for Russian subscribers who are in Kazakhstan from January 5 to 19.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that about 1,600 Russian citizens expressed a desire to use the export boards to return home from Kazakhstan.
