"62 people turned to the Atyrau regional hospital with various wounds and traumas," Imangaliev quoted RIA Novosti as saying.
It is clarified that seven of them were hospitalized.
The chief physician explained that at the moment the condition of five patients is stable, and that of two law enforcement officers it is classified as moderate.
Earlier it was reported that in the Atyrau region of Kazakhstan, one person died and 49 were injured as a result of the riots.
