A woman in her 30s died on Friday night after a traffic accident on county road 143 in Follingbo on Gotland.
The woman was traveling alone in a car when, for unknown reasons, she collided with a truck shortly after 5 pm on Friday, the police state on their website.
The truck driver was not physically injured in the accident, but the woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died later in the evening.
The road at the accident site was still closed at 23.30 and another car was salvaged after driving on one or more vehicle parts at the accident site.
