“We agreed on the positions of Ukraine and the United States ahead of diplomatic meetings with Russia next week, discussed the bilateral agenda,” the Ukrainian minister wrote on Twitter.
As the State Department said earlier, Blinken, in a telephone conversation with Kuleba, on the eve of negotiations between Washington and Moscow, assured him that no decisions about Ukraine would be made in her absence.
They also discussed "a possible response to a Russian force build-up" at the Ukrainian border.
