The earthquake was felt strongly in five Hexi cities in Gansu Province, and the quake was clearly felt in Lanzhou, Baiyin, Dingxi, and Pingliang in the province.

  According to the Gansu Provincial Earthquake Administration, 18 towns and towns within 100 kilometers of the epicenter and Zhongmushan Danmachang felt the quake strongly. Nanfeng Township, Minle County, Zhangye County in the province reported cracks in the bungalows.

The Huangcheng Reservoir in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County has been inspected, and no abnormal conditions such as cracks have been found.
