During Friday afternoon, the County Administrative Board of Jönköping County inspected two dead ewes north of Mullsjö, and found that they had been killed by a lynx last night.
As an emergency measure, the remaining sheep are taken in at night.
On Thursday morning, six sheep were found dead on a farm north of Habo.
Even there, the county administrative board's predator expert has stated that it is a lynx that has been attacked.
According to the county administrative board, it is not possible at present to determine whether the two attacks yesterday and today were caused by the same lynx.
