Three people died as a result of a fire in an abandoned house in the Sakhalin region

“A criminal case has been initiated on the basis of a crime under Part 3 of Art.

109 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Causing death by negligence”), ”the press service reports.

It is clarified that the case was opened upon the discovery of the bodies of three homeless men while extinguishing the fire.

Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being checked.

In March, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee for the Sakhalin Region opened a criminal case after the bodies of three children aged from one to four years old were found while extinguishing a house in the city of Krasnogorsk, Tomarinsky District.
