One of the leaders of the network dismantled by the National Police for exploiting minors

prostituted his own daughter for months

and made her pass as an adult before the organization's clients.

The girl herself held a party in a bar in Tetouan to celebrate that she had turned 18 when in fact she was still 16 years old.

In addition, her daughter advertised on sexual contact websites.

Everything that the minor got was kept by the parent, according to investigations.

The father of this girl, one of the bosses of the plot, is one of the 37 arrested by group XXII of the UFAM of the National Police accused of

corruption of minors, crimes of sexual abuse

of minors, illegal detention and crime against public health.

In the operation, 10 minors have been released, several of them resident in reception centers in the Community of Madrid.

The Ministry of Social Policies clarifies that

"none of these victims remained under the guardianship of the regional government" before exploiting the police operation

and they insist that it is not a case of prostitution in juvenile centers, but that the mafia is totally alien to them.

The dismantled organization

sold

minors for 50 euros in exchange for sex and also forced them to distribute and sell drugs. The defendants

made them addicted to coca (crack) base

in

drug stores

in Usera so that they would continue to prostitute themselves and depend on the organization. Most of the detainees are Dominicans, although there are also four Moroccans and some Romanians, Nigerians, Spaniards and Cubans, aged between 18 and 57 years. In addition, there are at least four women captured. Eight of them are in prison and four have a history of sexual assault.

Another of those arrested is the

youtuber

and rap singer Saymol Fyly, a 21-year-old Dominican citizen, who has

154,000 subscribers on this social network

, in which he has published content until December 28. Saymol was allegedly used by the gang to attract girls, according to court investigations.

However, on his Instagram account, with more than 30,000 followers, the singer has written: "He who owes nothing fears nothing. If I were guilty of something, I would not be here so calm, because that arrest happened a month ago." He also lashed out at the information published about him like this: "

You are laboratory rats who tell you whatever it is

and without knowing you only use the keyboard to type the first stupid thing that comes to your head without knowing the damage that this can cause before to accuse me first make sure. "

The

Sana

operation

started last April when the agents of Group XXII of the Family and Women's Attention Unit (UFAM) of Madrid found out that

a minor under 16 was regularly running away from a residence in the Community of Madrid

where he lived and that during his absences he had sexual relations with people of legal age in exchange for money or narcotic substances in the Marconi polygon or in drug

stores

in Usera and Vallecas.

The researchers discovered that other minors, with whom he shared a place of residence in a Paracuellos center, were in the same situation.

The minors explained that those now detained contacted them through social networks and, through promises to earn money, convinced them to take charge of selling drugs.

In some cases, they

were forced to distribute the drug themselves on scooters

and, after delivery, were sexually assaulted by the users themselves.

On other occasions, the detainees transferred them to a well-known industrial estate in the capital where they offered buyers of the drug to have sex with them.

The police officers learned that

one of the minors remained locked up for three days in a room of a

drug store

located on Juan Español Street, in the Madrid district of Usera, run by one of the detainees.

There the procedure was the same,

when the clients entered to acquire their dose, this woman gave them the possibility of having sex with the minor.

In a moment of carelessness, the victim managed to get away and asked for help at a nearby tobacconist from where they notified the National Police.

They also discovered that one of the most responsible for this criminal network, MMC, had requested the services of one of the minors. To do this, he himself booked a vehicle with a driver to take her from the

drug store

to his home located on Monte Igueldo street and, once there, he and three other men sexually abused the minor. Finally, they attacked her on various parts of her body, pulled her hair and raped her. The witness said that

this person brought unknown people to sleep with them in exchange for money, giving him half.

Once all the people involved were identified, a police operation was carried out on November 30, in which some 150 National Police officers participated. Among the searches carried out in homes and occupied dwellings,

a hairdresser

stands out,

which in the basement had a hidden den without lighting

and with a bed where sexual encounters were carried out. They also discovered

a photographic camera

which they are analyzing in case it could contain pornographic material of minors. Among the intervened there are also narcotic substances, useful for their sale and consumption, a firearm, a machete, cash and various computer equipment.

Following the dismantling of the organization,

three girls are now in open centers

, another (who is now of legal age) has returned to her family and three more are in closed centers.

The alleged commission of a crime of sexual assault on a minor with penetration, typified in article 183.2 and 3 of the Penal Code, is

punishable by a penalty of 12 to 15 years in prison

and the crime of inducing a minor into prostitution, typified in article 188.1, it is punishable by imprisonment from four to eight years.
