The woman was found outdoors in a place on the eastern outskirts of Landskrona, the police confirm on their website.
The site is currently cordoned off and a forensic investigation is underway.
The woman's disappearance has been classified as suspected kidnapping since she was reported missing on December 23.
That preliminary investigation continues.
"Right now we can not rule anything out, but we can also not confirm anything," says Rickard Lundqvist, spokesperson for the Police in Skåne.
- We do not have the authority to block a place if there is no suspicion of crime and that suspicion is not dismissed.
He does not want to go into how the woman was found, but since she disappeared, among other things, voluntary organizations have searched for her.
The police have also searched parts of Landskrona with drones.
