Bloated stomachs and migraines abound after the end of the year holidays.

Victoire Loup, guest this Monday on the show "Bienfait pour vous" on Europe 1, reveals some of the great chef's recipes, special in the aftermath of difficult holidays.

Ideas for quick and easy meals to recover.

Do you have a hard time digesting New Year's food and drinks?

The gastronomic journalist Victoire Loup, author of the book

Cuites, 60 easy recipes for difficult tomorrows

, delivers her tips and recipe ideas after the holidays, in the program "Bienfait pour vous" on

Europe 1

.

For the journalist, the most important after an evening is to "listen to yourself" and "to have fun".

"The recipes are mostly digestible. But if you want to eat a little more pasta than usual, if that's what makes you happy, that's the most important."

Omelet-based dishes

Victoire Loup, for her part, tells us about her favorite dish: the vegetable dhal.

"These are red lentils with lots of spices and rice. We find the spices for a little sweat and the comforting of white rice with coconut milk."

If you don't have these in the cupboard, omelet recipes are also welcome.

"There are some really easy ones, like those scrambled eggs in Comté that take a few minutes. They're eggs between two wheat tortillas."

Or eggs with truffles, and this other easy recipe: pasta with Basque ketchup.

Iodized shots to purify

"There are a lot of recipes that are just good ingredients. There are a lot of really good toast with labneh zaatar or different things on it. What's important is also to be able to cook quickly."

Dishes that you can accompany with comforting drinks, such as iodine shots.

Small beverages concocted by Armand Arnal, Michelin-starred chef at La Chassagnette in Arles.

"It comes to purify where it is needed, and to restore," adds the journalist.

To make homemade iodized shots, mix together fresh lemon, ginger, turmeric, a little pepper and a little chili.

The chef's tip: consume these shots with oysters to "remineralize" you.

So no need for a day after a party to enjoy them.
