US President Joe Biden reiterated his will to respond decisively if Russia invades Ukraine on the 2nd local time.
During a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, President Biden emphasized the U.S. commitment to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, White House press secretary Jen Saki said.
It is the same as sending a warning message to Russia again three days after publicly declaring a decisive response in a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the 30th of last month.
