Fabien Roussel was the guest of Europe 1 this morning.

The Communist presidential candidate has decided to put money and purchasing power at the heart of his program.

At the microphone of Sonia Mabrouk, he therefore quite naturally reiterated his desire to "bring down the wall of money" to "regain the power to decide our life choices and our investments".

INTERVIEW

Fabien Roussel wants to "put an end" to our economic system as it exists today.

At the microphone of Sonia Mabrouk this Monday morning on Europe 1, the Communist presidential candidate reiterated his desire to bring down the wall of money. "" We have no more of this system, "he said. .

Money "is lacking" everywhere

Fabien Roussel wants to make money the main theme of his program. "I want people to talk about this wall of money which, today, prevents our country from developing," he said on Europe 1. The Communist candidate then embarked on a enumeration of all the problems linked to the unequal redistribution of wealth in France. "Money is lacking in these employees who work in industry, money is lacking in these employees who are in the public services, who have essential missions and who cannot live with dignity. Money is lacking in these retirees who have worked a lifetime, which end up with pensions of less than 1,000 euros. There is no money to invest in school, in health, in local hospitals,in maternity hospitals, ”he laments.

The EU and the "privileged" singled out

The secretary of the French Communist Party criticizes the restrictions imposed by the European Union.

"As I said, it is the European Commission which imposes savings on us in these areas", he accuses.

However, this same money "flows freely for a few thousand privileged people, great fortunes, the big shareholders of multinationals or banks, insurance companies. The money exists. Our country is rich, extremely rich, but its riches today are monopolized by a minority, a privileged minority who hold the system ".

The problem of sharing value

For Fabien Roussel, there is a problem of "sharing of value" and "never has capital been so served as in recent years under the presidencies of Hollande, Sarkozy and Macron". These three Presidents of the Republic have, according to Fabien Roussel, made the choice to "give more to capital and less to work". But the Communist candidate believes that it is not enough to distribute wealth better. He advocates a paradigm shift.

"We want to produce differently. It means working in factories, as in public services, as in the fields, without exhausting the planet, exhausting men and women. We want to be able to emancipate ourselves at work, live happily at home. work, produce wealth in such a way that it serves everyone and that we can also participate in their distribution, participate in the reconstruction of France, no longer depend precisely on a minority of shareholders or banks ", details Fabien Roussel for whom it is essential to "regain the power to decide our life choices".
