The Yemeni forces participating in the liberation of Shabwa have taken control of the southwestern heights of the Usaylan district, according to field sources, confirming the continuation of battles with the Houthi militias in two main axes, the first in Usaylan and the second in the outskirts of the Bihan and Ain districts.

Field sources confirmed that the Yemeni forces and the resistance were able to control several areas in the heart of the Usaylan front, and completely liberated Balboum, Al-Ukhaydir, and Shamis. .

The sources stated that the battles are currently taking place in the tribes of the Al-Saleem area, and in the Al-Hajar and Al-Naqoub junction, which are areas beyond the center of the Usaylan district, as it aims to secure the road linking Beihan - Harib and Marib, which is separated by only 6 km.

Today's battles in Shabwa coincided with raids in support of the coalition fighters that targeted Houthi sites in Aqabat al-Qanza' between al-Bayda and Shabwa, which is a major Houthi supply area.

The sources indicated that the battles of Usaylan left 56 Houthi dead and more than 110 Houthi wounded, including three prominent field commanders who were killed, while groups of those elements were captured.

In the Baihan axis, the Yemeni forces continued their advance in the Al-Saq area, and stationed in several areas in preparation for the start of the second phase towards Baihan and Ain, awaiting convergence with the front coming from Usaylan.

The Yemeni forces participating in the liberation of Shabwa, succeeded in implementing the first phase of the operation, which was called "Cyclone of the South", in liberating the center of the Asilan district, and the strategic mountains, amid a state of collapse among the Houthis.

Field sources said that the defense lines of the Houthi militia collapsed quickly amid a mass flight of its members towards the districts of Ain and Bayhan, leaving behind the bodies of their dead, while a number of militia members were captured, including wounded, who were taken to Ataq Hospital for treatment.

For his part, Shabwa Governor Awad Al-Awlaki declared a state of emergency in the three Baihan districts until their liberation from the Houthi militias is completed.

In Marib, field sources confirmed the entry of the Apache helicopters of the Arab coalition in the battles of the past hours in southern Marib, which constituted a qualitative development in the framework of the battles, and enabled the forces and tribes on the ground to achieve strategic gains on the fronts of Al-Balaq, Ladha and Al-Amoud, in the sandy axis.

The sources stated that violent battles are currently taking place in the al-Ayrif front, east of al-Juba district, and on the al-Kasara and al-Mushajah fronts, in Serwah district, west of the governorate, and that the forces on the ground are making qualitative gains in conjunction with the launch of the Shabwa battle.

In the northeastern front of Marib, the artillery of the army and tribes and the coalition raids destroyed Houthi vehicles that reached the Al-Alam front located between Al-Jawf and Marib.

The coalition fighters also continued to launch raids on Houthi sites and vehicles on the Al-Kasara and Al-Mashjah fronts in the west, and in Al-Juba and Harib in the south, which led to the destruction of vehicles and the death and injury of many Houthis.

In Sana’a, the coalition fighters destroyed weapons depots, drone installation workshops, and ballistic missiles in the heavy transport camp next to the Aviation College in the Asr region, west of the capital, Sana’a.

The coalition's raids on Sana'a came after the Houthis launched three booby-trapped drones towards the south of the kingdom, which were intercepted and destroyed by the defenses of the Arab coalition.

The Arab coalition had indicated, in a statement yesterday evening, to the start of an intelligence monitoring process and operational preparation for air strikes in response to the threats of the Houthi militia in Sanaa.

In Saada, the artillery of the Yemeni army destroyed two Houthi militias in the Ghafrah area of ​​Al-Dhaher district, and also targeted Houthi vehicles in areas located between the districts of Haidan and Al-Zahir.

This comes one day after the failure of a Houthi attempt to infiltrate the army positions in Al-Safra district in Saada, and in conjunction with the continuous bombing of the Al-Raqq site in the Munabbih district, where African mercenaries and deceived are gathered and trained before being sent to the fighting fronts.

In Hajjah, many Houthi elements were killed and others wounded by the Yemeni army forces while they were trying to infiltrate towards army positions north of Abs district.

In Lahj, the joint and southern forces thwarted an attempt to infiltrate Houthi elements towards the Al-Hadd area in Yafa District, directly adjacent to Al-Bayda Governorate from the Al-Zaher side, and inflicted heavy losses on them.
