Confirmed on site, all technical indicators meet the design requirements, and the unit is in good condition, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent formal commercial operation.

  As the "national business card" of my country's nuclear power going to the world, Hualong No.1 is one of the three generations of nuclear motors with the highest acceptance in the current nuclear power market.

At present, the world's first Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 5 of Hualong No. 1 and Karachi Unit 2 of Hualong No. 1 overseas have been put into commercial operation successively in 2021.

Each "Hualong No. 1" machine has an assembled capacity of 1.161 million kilowatts and an annual power generation capacity of nearly 10 billion kWh, which can meet the annual production and daily electricity needs of a population of 1 million in moderately developed countries.

This is equivalent to reducing standard coal consumption by 3.12 million tons and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 8.16 million tons per year, which is equivalent to planting more than 70 million trees. This is important for optimizing China's energy structure, promoting green and low-carbon development, and helping to achieve "carbon peak and carbon neutrality." The goal is important.
