“Unfortunately, we have not yet ended the war in the east of our state.

French President Emmanuel Macron has previously stated the need to find a "lasting solution" to the conflict in Donbass.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz noted that Germany and France intend to revive the Normandy format and make it effective again.
