These 282 acts of support for ETA have been concentrated in the Basque Country -97 in Guipúzcoa, 94 in Vizcaya and 20 in Álava- and Navarra (53), although they have also taken place in other parts of the Spanish geography, with five in Catalonia and one in Madrid, to which are added another 12 in the French Basque Country.

Covite has detailed that in 2021 158 graffiti and banners explicitly praising ETA and its prisoners were detected;

25 public tributes to dead ETA members;

five popular festivals "held specifically to praise ETA or harass the Civil Guard, such as the
