Since Arla closed down its cheese production in Boxholm, there have been many trips when it comes to the so-called Boxholm cheese.

A new dairy moved into the premises and began to produce its own Boxholm cheese, but the Patent and Market Court ruled that the name may only be used by Arla until it is time for the main hearing in the name dispute.

That decision was appealed and the Patent and Market Court of Appeal will take up the case and decide whether the dairy may use the name Boxholmsost for the time being.

In anticipation of that message, the dairy calls its cheese "XXXX XXXXXXX".
