“I ask you to consider the idea of establishing an open electronic database at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of persons convicted of crimes against the sexual inviolability of minors.

Such a base will help all kinds of employers, landlords, etc. to exclude interaction with pedophile criminals and, as a result, create conditions for increased safety for children, ”the appeal says.

According to Milonov, crimes against the sexual inviolability of children remain a "sore subject" in society.

Despite the measures taken by the state, pedophiles sometimes find ways and means to "satisfy their sick fantasies and desires," the deputy added.

“It is not uncommon for pedophiles who are registered with the internal affairs bodies, even with a criminal record, to find jobs related to interaction with children.

Obviously, such "employment" always ends in tragedy.

Only by the fact of the tragedy, we again and again begin to wonder how a notorious pedophile managed to commit a heinous crime under the noses of law enforcement officers, teachers and parents, ”said the parliamentarian.

Earlier, the State Duma proposed to toughen the punishment for pedophilia in Russia and introduce the death penalty.
