The National Vision and National Integration Committee, led by Democratic Party presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung and former president Lee Nak-yeon, will be launched today (27th).

Candidate Lee and former CEO Lee will attend the non-committee inauguration ceremony held in Yeouido this morning to announce the purpose and composition of the committee, as well as future plans.

The theme of the inauguration ceremony was 'a country we dream of together, listen to the vision, and incorporate unity'.

Previously, Candidate Lee and former CEO Lee met at a luncheon on the 23rd and agreed to establish a non-commissioning committee with the two as co-chairs inside the election committee.

The Vision Committee plans to select a core agenda with the main themes of 'national vision' and 'national unity' and make it a national task for the next government.

The Vision Committee plans to listen to the voices of the people through a 'Vision Tour' that tours the region in the future.

The first tour area is Honam.

Candidate Lee will later meet with Japanese Ambassador to Korea Koichi Aiboshi at our company.

"We plan to exchange opinions on the topic of future-oriented Korea-Japan relations," said an official from the senior management committee.

Candidate Lee will hold a press conference invited by the Korea Local Newspaper Association at the Jung-gu Press Center in the afternoon.
