“On December 25, at 13:10 minutes on 1 km of the Saransk-Surskoe-Ulyanovsk highway, a traffic accident with the participation of 24 cars occurred,” reads the message on the Vkontakte page of the department.
It is noted that among the vehicles involved in the accident there is a fire service vehicle.
According to preliminary data, four people were injured as a result of the incident.
Earlier, about 20 cars collided on the M7 highway in the Vladimir region.
