It is specified that a total of 7,616 houses and 16,470 people were left without electricity.

Outages occurred in 5 districts: Novomalyklinsky, Tsilninsky, Ulyanovsky, Novospassky and Mainsky districts, and 2 urban districts: Novoulyanovsk, Ulyanovsk.
