Shortly after 9 pm, Måns Krok says that they are in full swing to prevent the fire from spreading.

The actual extinguishing work will begin when it has been ensured that it cannot spread.

"Sections of the burning material will be pulled out to put out the fire more efficiently," says Krok.

He explains that it is not possible to directly spray water on the large fire as it would not give much effect.

- The extinguishing work will take larger parts of the night, as it is so much.

Krok also says that as it looks now, a VMA - that is, an important message - will not be sent out to the public.

It is solid materials and not chemicals that have caught fire and the development of smoke is not extensive enough to reach residential areas.

At least four stations are in operation and Krok estimates that 35-40 firefighters are working to put out the fire.
