Foreigners with permanent residency rights in Brazil, foreign professionals recognized as international organizations performing tasks, foreign officials recognized by the Brazilian government, spouses, partners, children, parents or guardians of Brazilian citizens, and the Brazilian government is out of public interest or humanitarian The reason is that specially authorized immigrants and national immigration registration card holders are not subject to this restriction, but they must be quarantined in their destination city for 14 days after entering Brazil.

Five days after the start of the isolation period, if there are no symptoms of COVID-19, RT-PCR nucleic acid test or antibody test can be performed. If the test result is negative, the isolation can be lifted.

  5. According to Article 9 of Chapter 3 of the Announcement, international passengers entering Brazil by land must also present a vaccination certificate to immigration or health authorities as required.

  6. According to Article 14 of Chapter V of the Announcement, anyone who violates the relevant measures of this Announcement will bear civil, administrative or criminal liabilities and be expelled or deported immediately.
