The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, told Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba that the EU is coordinating its actions with partners in connection with Russia's proposals on security guarantees in Europe.
"The European Union is in close coordination with transatlantic partners and other like-minded people, including on two draft agreements submitted by Russia concerning the European security architecture," RIA Novosti quotes Borrel as saying.
Earlier, Kuleba commented on the conversation with Borrell.
