It was in May that one of the police scouts saw two men pick up weapons from a bush in the Råbergstorp district and shoot at a man.

The same evening, a 35-year-old man was arrested, who is described by the police as one of the leaders in the criminal world in Eskilstuna.

He was charged with aggravated assault and attempted murder, but was acquitted in the district court for the latter when there was uncertainty about the victim, a man in his 20s, story.

However, the Court of Appeal believes that it has been proven that the 35-year-old either himself, or in agreement with another, has fired at least six shots at the 20-year-old.

Therefore, the man is now sentenced to attempted murder.
