Hendrik Bijloo (L), member of the municipal council in Ljusnarsberg, has previously told SVT Nyheter Örebro that he and his members in Volt will leave the Liberals after the party's decision to cooperate with SD on certain issues.

But despite Bijloo leaving the Liberals, he and his members in Ljusnarsberg want to work out the term of office.

Something that does not work, says the union chairman in the Liberal party district.

- If you become a member of another party, then I have a hard time believing that you can then pursue politics for the Liberals.

That is our input in this, says Christian Liljenhed (L), union chairman.

The money is taken over by the district

This means that the party district in Örebro County will take over the funds that remain with the Liberals in Ljusnarsberg and then manage it under its own auspices.

However, there will be no L-members left in Ljusnarsberg and it may be difficult for the upcoming elections.

- There are two members in Ljusnarsberg in the association right now and our hope is to find people who want to pursue our policy in Ljusnarsberg before the election, says Christian Liljenhed.
