Builds high-rise buildings in the middle of the city - "Can really get clogged"

One of many ongoing constructions in central Norrköping right now, is a residential building that will in all probability be Östergötland's tallest.

- The worst plugs in a construction project are the material transports to and from the construction site, says Niklas Holmér, site manager at SEFAB, which is the contractor of the construction itself.

He has between four and six contractors under him whose inbound and outbound transports must match the flow.

- Right now we handle all logistics ourselves with the subcontractor and suppliers.
