“The Constitutional Court ruled on the case on the constitutional submission of 47 people's deputies of Ukraine on the compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine with certain provisions of the Laws of Ukraine“ On Television and Radio Broadcasting ”and“ On Cinematography, ”Sovgirya wrote in her Telegram channel.
The court considered it legal to ban the broadcasting of films and television programs, one of the participants in which is a person included in the sanctions list of persons posing a threat to the national security of Ukraine.
On November 3, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine included Maksim Galkin, upon the recommendation of the SBU, on the list of persons threatening the national security of the state.
